The Meslier Saint-François is expressed in Condom (Gers)
It is on the terroir of Ténarèze, in Condom, that Patrick Giacosa revives the Meslier Saint-François, a forgotten grape by Armagnac. If the White, Folle Blanche, Baco and other Colombard constitute the base of the Armagnac grape varieties, the Meslier Saint-François (like the greasy plant) makes a remarkable return. On his property in the castle of Courréjot, Patrick Giacosa is distille this year for the eighth consecutive campaign. A very aromatic and particularly fine brandy that Armagnacais intends to market (for its ten years of aging) in two years.
