The grapes are harvested at optimal maturity, carefully selected by hand to guarantee the best quality for the production of Armagnac.

The distillation of wines to obtain Armagnac is carried out according to thetraditional method called "Armagnacaise". This method consists of continuous column distillation, also called "Armagnac still". It preserves the delicate aromas of wines and produces an eau-de-vie rich in flavors and complexity.

After distillation, the Armagnacs du Bas-Armagnac are placed inoak barrels for aging. The barrels used are often old barrels, which allows the eaux-de-vie to gradually mature and develop their characteristic aromatic bouquet.
