Appellation - Blanche -Armagnac

Discover through this page all the richness of Blanche-Armagnac ...

A unique AOC

Blanche-Armagnac is currently the youngest French AOC in the spirits landscape. Recognized Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée in 2005, it comes from the same terroir as the aged Armagnacs and is also distilled through the same still. Major difference, this Blanche d'Armagnac is not aged, it is directly stored in an inert container. This distillate is therefore a very fresh and very floral white alcohol, generally reduced with distilled water to reach an alcohol content of around 40°.

Strict control

The marketing of Blanche-Armagnac is governed by mandatory control of batches before they are placed on the market.

Once the distillation is complete and only after a minimum of three months of maturation, the ODG (Organization for Defense and Management) authorizes or not the marketing of the eau-de-vie.

For the past few years, it has been the delight of bartenders and mixologists who use it as a base for their cocktails.
