    Unique Terroirs for Complementary Eaux-de-Vie

Distilled wine comes from different soils and undergoes different climates. We find atthe westof the appellation a climate rathertemperateand toballast, a climateoceanicthanks to the autan wind.

The soils are also very different, some Armagnacs come from sandy-loamy soils while others grow on boulbène and clay-limestone soils.

Beyond these geographical and geological differences, the character of each eau-de-vie is obviously also due to the work of the winegrower and the cellar master who vinify, distill and age delicate eaux-de-vie.
