Dress: the dress of this 1907 vintage is dark topaz. Beautiful copper reflections appear in natural light.
Nose: we find a very rich and expressive nose. Notes of spice butter as well as dried fruits racer this brandy.
Mouth: The attack is frank, the tannins are still very present in the mouth and the wooded side structures the nectar.
Final: the final of this Armagnac Jean Cavé Brut de Fût 1907 offers us a very beautiful aromatic palette and a long length in the mouth.

The Bas-Armagnac, whose capital is Eauze, is west of the appellation. It runs on the Landes and the western part of the Gers. It represents 67% of the areas identified in Armagnac. In this part of the terroir, the floors are sablo simedy, called "sandblasters". Bas-Armagnac brandies are delicate and very fruity.
