Three vintage (2000, 2001, 2008) but also two 4 and 7 years old assemblies, make up this range of Armagnac Biologic.

Dress: The dress of this 4 -year -old assembly is straw yellow with tiled reflections.
Nose: The nose is very fine with a beautiful fruity bouquet (prune, eat apricot) as well as spicy notes like vanilla.
Mouth: Despite his young age and thanks to very light tannins, we find all this finesse in the mouth. The fruity aromas are still very present and balance perfectly with the flavors of honey and almond.

The Bas-Armagnac, whose capital is Eauze, is west of the appellation. It runs on the Landes and the western part of the Gers. It represents 67% of the areas identified in Armagnac. In this part of the terroir, the floors are sablo simedy, called "sandblasters". Bas-Armagnac brandies are delicate and very fruity.

The story of the Darroze family begins at Villeneuve-de-Marsan with Jean. The famous gascon chef, in love with his South-West and all his greedy riches, introduces his son Francis to the art of the kitchen, of course, but also to the good wines, and makes him discover the most beautiful-eaux-eaux-de-vie d' armagnac. Not surprisingly, Francis was passionate about the armagnac and from the end of the 1960s, selected, raised, and bottled his beautiful discoveries. The Darroze adventure is launched. Marc, son of Francis, soon joined his father and together they became true treasure hunters. Today, Marc continues the adventure of the Armagnacs Darroze, one of the Maisons de l' eau-de-vie gasconne.
