The "Armagnac Experience" collection of the Dartigalongue house is a unique collection of young Armagnacs dedicated in particular to the development of cocktails and perfectly suited to ice consumption.
This range includes four Armagnacs, including this organic called "organic", titling 42.6 degrees. Through this organic Armagnac we find an assembly of brandies between 5 and 10 years of aging exclusively made of humid cellar on clay. It comes from the distillation of natural wines, not sulfur and certified AB.

Dress: a beautiful orange dress with tiled reflections.
Nose: The nose is very expressive by fruity and floral notes.
Mouth: The attack is powerful with subtle aromas of yellow fruits and vanilla.
Finish: We find at the end of the mouth of this organic Armagnac of delicious wooded and spicy notes. A very greedy finish.

The Bas-Armagnac, whose capital is Eauze, is west of the appellation. It runs on the Landes and the western part of the Gers. It represents 67% of the areas identified in Armagnac. In this part of the terroir, the floors are sablo simedy, called "sandblasters". Bas-Armagnac brandies are delicate and very fruity.

At the Maison Dartigalongue, white brandies are carefully selected from three grape varieties: the white UGNI for the fruit, the Baco for the structure and the white madness for its finesse. These brandies come from Bas-Armagnac to silt and sandy soils. After continuous distillation at Bas-degree, begins farming in Gascon oak barrel. Aging is successively carried out in dry cellars to calm the passion of youth and then in humid cellars that will give round and finesse to the Armagnacs. After 40 or 50 years, the cellar master decides to house the brandy in glass cylinders where they hardly evolve.
