Nose: we find through this very soft nose of the aromas of caramelized apple and dried fruit.
Mouth: on the palate, this vintage is suave and round opening on cocoa and spicy notes.
Final: this 1982 vintage of the House of Dartigalongue is perfectly balanced thus offering us a great tasting experience.

The Bas-Armagnac, whose capital is Eauze, is west of the appellation. It runs on the Landes and the western part of the Gers. It represents 67% of the areas identified in Armagnac. In this part of the terroir, the floors are sablo simedy, called "sandblasters". Bas-Armagnac brandies are delicate and very fruity.

At the Maison Dartigalongue, white brandies are carefully selected from three grape varieties: the white UGNI for the fruit, the Baco for the structure and the white madness for its finesse. These brandies come from Bas-Armagnac to silt and sandy soils. After continuous distillation at Bas-degree, begins farming in Gascon oak barrel. Aging is successively carried out in dry cellars to calm the passion of youth and then in humid cellars that will give round and finesse to the Armagnacs. After 40 or 50 years, the cellar master decides to house the brandy in glass cylinders where they hardly evolve.
