With these 3 multi-medalist products in 20 cl format, you will discover the evolution of Armagnac aromas during its breeding in oak barrels.

The VSOP- 4 years minimum age- offers aromas of cooked fruit (apple, plum), white flowers and slightly wooded notes.
Out of age - 10 years of minimum age - develops aromas of prunes, vanilla, toasted oak and spices.
The 15th age of age - minimum 15 years - reveals typical notes of candied fruit, Corinth grapes, sandalwood, with a hint of rancio in the final.

The Bas-Armagnac, whose capital is Eauze, is west of the appellation. It runs on the Landes and the western part of the Gers. It represents 67% of the areas identified in Armagnac. In this part of the terroir, the floors are sablo simedy, called "sandblasters". Bas-Armagnac brandies are delicate and very fruity.

Discover the house

At the Maison Dartigalongue, white brandies are carefully selected from three grape varieties: the white UGNI for the fruit, the Baco for the structure and the white madness for its finesse. These brandies come from Bas-Armagnac to silt and sandy soils. After continuous distillation at Bas-degree, begins farming in Gascon oak barrel. Aging is successively carried out in dry cellars to calm the passion of youth and then in humid cellars that will give round and finesse to the Armagnacs. After 40 or 50 years, the cellar master decides to house the brandy in glass cylinders where they hardly evolve.
