If the Darroze house has forged its history around long-aged brandy in oak barrels, it also enters the world of mixology with a beautiful range of white. There are three of them, as many mono-gliding: the Baco, the White Folle and the White UGNI. With these three approaches and as many taste profiles, Darroze intends to play a preponderant role, not to say a partner in the field of cocktail. With the white UGNI grape, it is a reference from Gascogne that is proposed. A fresh and fruity grape variety as much used for Armagnac as for Côtes de Gascogne wines. This white offers aromas of plum, quince, grapes, and others less classic like cane sugar. It is characterized by its finesse and its beautiful balance. The Baco grape is considered to be that best disposed to aging. With La Blanche, we find it without artifice, faithful to what it is from the exit of the still. On the nose, his aromas are very fruity (mirabelle, white peach and fresh grapes) while in the mouth are revealed spice and pepper to prolong the pleasure. The white crazy grape variety is history. The only Armagnacian grape that found in Gascogne before phylloxera. On the nose, it offers a very fruity white (grapefruit, fresh plum and grapes) but also spicy on Sichuan's pepper. On the palate, this brandy is lively at the aromas of fresh pineapple and Mirabelle.

Dress: This 100% Baco without artifice gives us a transparent dress.
Nose: the nose is rich, pleasant and very fresh. Fruity notes of mirabelle and fishing as well as aromas of fennel and mint are quickly perceptible.
Mouth: The attack on this white is flexible, the material is well present in the mouth structured by spicy notes of pepper and pepper.
Final: This Armagnac white from Darroze is very aromatic and is perfectly suited to ice consumption or in a cocktail.

The Blanche d'Armagnac (AOC since 2005) is freshly distilled brandy. Specific vinification means as well as a selection of distillation flows make it possible to reveal particular fruity and floral aromas. To preserve its aromas and its crystalline aspect, the white is preserved in container. During his maturation, the producer works the brandy and lowers his alcoholic degree in order to highlight his fruity and his roundness.
